WHAT SAFETY MEASURES DO YOU HAVE IN PLACE FOR COVID-19?
IF LOCKDOWN HAPPENS, WHAT WILL HAPPEN TO MY BOOKING?
We really hope this won’t happen but if it does, we will work with you to make sure you feel happy with the outcome. Therefore, we can keep your booking open, meaning that when we are back to normal, you can email us via your original confirmation email with a new date. This will allow us to automatically book you in for your new preferred date. If you would prefer a refund, we can organise this where possible. Please note your refund will take 10-15 weekdays.
DO I NEED ID?
YES! We operate the Challenge 25 scheme, so to be safe rather than sorry, we advise everyone to bring suitable proof of ID. If you look younger than 25, we will ask for ID but please, take it as a compliment, show us and let us whip you up whatever drink you fancy. Suitable ID includes Photo driving license or Photo Passport.

Our dress code is smart casual, which means no sportswear.

WHAT TYPE OF MUSIC DO YOU PLAY?
During the week our music is all about the chilled-out vibes, easing us through day to day life. As the weekend approaches the atmosphere, the music gets just a bit more devilish. Brunch brings to life our inner diva with RnB sing along tracks, and the evening transports us to a bar abroad with Soulful House, Deep House, Remixes and Dance Classics.
DO YOU HAVE A CLOAKROOM?
No, unfortunately we do not.
DO YOU HAVE DISABLED ACCESS?
Yes, we have disabled access and facilities. Our staff are on hand to help with anything.
HOW CAN I BOOK OR MAKE A CHANGE TO MY BOOKING?
We kindly ask that all booking requests are sent through via our online system. You can do this by making a booking online here.
If you need to make any amendments to your booking, don't worry, all we need you to do is reply to the confirmation email we have sent you.
DO I NEED TO BOOK?
No, you don’t have to book! We do take walk in bookings, should we have a table available and suitable for you. However, we always advise booking in advance in order to guarantee yourself a table, and therefore service. Book a table at Aluna here.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I’M RUNNING LATE FOR MY BOOKING?
Everyone wants to add a bit of fashion to their lateness, but there is a limit. If you are running over 15 minutes late, please let us know by contacting the venue (info here) and we will try our very best to still accommodate you.
ARE CHILDREN ALLOWED IN THE VENUE?
Children are allowed in the venues: Monday-Friday up until 8pm.
Saturday and Sunday: From 5.15pm up until 8pm.
CAN I STAY IN THE VENUE AFTER MY BOOKING TIME HAS FINISHED?
If we have availability, we will always welcome you to stay in our venues longer than your original time slot, so please just ask your server. However, unfortunately, as we are practicing social distancing by only offering table service, you will not be able to stand at the bar should your table be booked for after your booking.
WHAT IS THE DEAL WITH THE DEPOSIT?
We ask for a £5.00 per person deposit on every type of booking. This deposit can be paid via a secure payment link. The deposits are redeemed against the amount of people who have paid and attended the booking. For example, if your booking is for 5 people and 5 people turn up, £25 will come off your final bill on the day. Using the same example, if only 4 people attend the booking £20 will be taken off the final bill.
DO YOU SERVE HALAL FOOD?
Our Chicken breast is halal, therefore our Katsu Chicken Burger, any Sauce or Curry based chicken dishes and our Chicken Skewers are suitable for halal dietary requirements. We also have many fish and vegetable-based dishes should you not fancy chicken when you visit us. Plan your meal at Aluna here.
DO YOU HAVE A CHILDREN’S MENU?
No, we don’t have a menu specifically for children, but our dishes can be adapted to suit their needs as much as we can.

Of course, drop us a message on social for any questions. But we have many dishes on our menu available to cater for all allergies, some dishes can even be adapted to suit your needs. If you are already in venue, our staff are there to help you with any questions.
